Opportunity before judgement!

Always give someone an opportunity to showcase what they can offer before you judge them.

Never say that a person is not worth or cannot fulfill a given task or obligation without giving them a chance to prove their worth.

Judging people from the way they look,dress or go about their day to day life is often very misleading.What you see or think you are seeing might be very different from who they actually are.

It is noble to treat all people equally until they prove that they deserve to be treated otherwise.

One thing that I mostly look at is HONESTY and TRUSTWORTHINESS within a person.

You can teach and change the way a person does things,make him/her more productive and change them completely but you can never make them honest and trustworthy.
